Beautiful, white with blue accent, sturdy Kropf Park Model with lots of life left, and 38*8 patio enclosure. Everything works great. Unique floor plan. Lots of storage. Some upgrades, but most likely would need a good renovation. Furniture included. Inside and outside clean with no damage. Roof was replaced by previous owner, unsure of the year.
