Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator and Propane Water Heater are in good working order.

Cabin Air:
Roof Top Air Conditioner and Cabin Heater work as they should.

Plumbing systems:
Toilet, Shower, Bath Sink, Kitchen Sink, Outdoor Shower, Clean Water Holding Tank and Water Pump are in good working condition.

Holding Tanks:
Gray Water and Black Water work as they should.

Onan Emerald Plus 4000w Generator runs well.


Exterior is clean.

New Awning

Roof is in good condition.

What does not work:
Dashboard AC Does not work. Can be repaired if you wanted. Currently cuts in and out. (We always used the cabin air conditioner.) Dashboard Heat works as it should.

Included:
18' Carefree Colorado Add-A-Room. Like new condition. Only used 3 times
