A much loved family camper is too big for our current needs due to kids growing up.
Is in great condition. Outside is well maintained deep cleaned annually.
Used about 4 times annually
4 x new tires installed in 2022.
New electric jack installed in 2022.
New AC unit installed 3 years ago.
Fantastic outdoor kitchen with fridge / freezer / sink
Inside is fresh and clean smelling.
Black water tank was lightly used.
Double Kitchen sink - Small crack in one side needs repairs

Sad to let it go but we need better suited to our needs.
