Factory warranty still good for 4 years. Beautiful house on wheels, sleeps 9 comfortably. We bought our 41ft to live in for a couple of years and circumstances changed quickly so we bought a house. We lived in it very comfortably for 8 months. The only miles that the trailer has seen was delivery and then once more about 15 miles to its current home. It has 4 slides with slide toppers on each. There are 2 awnings for lots of shade and rain protection. The master bedroom is king size as well as the pull out couch. There is also a king loft for the kiddos. We installed brand new washer and drier setup (and I can tell you they work better than you might read about. We absolutely loved using them). It comes with anything we used. Ie: x-chocks, fifth wheel stabilizer, shore power cord, probably lots more than I can’t remember. It has a full size refrigerator French door with bottom freezer. Ice maker works great. I want to say fill size stove but I think it’s just bigger than avg camper stove. There is a closed bedroom downstairs with a full pull out along with a small loft.
