This unit is like brand new. Used 3 times total of 19 nights. I have never allowed the toilet to be used (lol) didn't want to mess with dumping. It has large electric lighted awning. It has two battery set up. Solar ready. Out door shower option. Mounted hitch fir hike rack. A $450 sway bar hitch. Comes fully furnished with kitchen, bedding, towels, electrical extension cord with power surge protector, water hose with regulator, leveling blocks, outdoor mat. The works. Just hook up to it and go camping. I loved it but at 72 I'm just too busy. Thought I would use it more
