Very well maintained and super clean. Great size for towing with a 1/2 ton vehicle. All systems work as they should without any trouble. AC and fridge are cold, the furnace heats up the space in minutes. Hot water on electric or propane. I never used the range or oven, they are as good as new. I upgraded the kitchen and bathroom faucets to Moen, and the kitchen sink to stainless steel. Newer Goodyear tires. Brand new battery. I added a tv and led lighting. Includes removable skirting shown in the last photo for cold weather camping or long term parking. I will include everything I bought for it, like a heated water hose, the induction cook surface, memory foam pad, (which makes sleeping super comfortable), plus other odds and ends, and bedding if you want it.
I understand that it's a smaller camper with no slides, but that's why I bought it. It's super simple to get from point A to B, nothing fancy, but also nothing to break down or leak or leave you stranded. Thank you for your time.
