2018 R-Pod 190 Super clean.

We are the second owners, have had it a little over a year. Previous owners were elderly and rarely used. Lots of extras included - foam mattress cover, tools, table, outdoor rug - everything you need to get started! We have only used it a handful of times for "day camping" at the property.

Selling because we are getting ready to start construction of home on the site. Queen bed, wet bath, immaculate kitchen, new tires, no soft spots of leaks. We have towed with my 2007 V6 Toyota 4-Runner no problem.

Located 15 minutes from I-78 in Schuylkill County PA. This is not parked at my primary residence, so we will setting up "open house" viewing windows over the next few weeks for interested parties. Title in hand. Currently winterized. Only two minor issues - need to re-attach a small piece of dinnette trim and replace CO2 detector. $18,500
