This is a great toy hauler layout. It allows you to access the bedroom and bathroom without putting any of the slides out unlike some of the other models. We purchased this model 3 years ago for traveling and to live in while we built our house. The house is now complete so we are ready to sell this to someone else for their enjoyment. We did upgrade the fridge to a Whirlpool 4 door residential unit and we installed a new matching microwave replacing the Furion stock model. We also added slide toppers to the 3 slides to help protect the slide roofs. We also added snap pads to the jacks.
We have had no issues with this camper or any problems. There is a seam separation on the loveseat which is about 7" in length. The ramp door was never left open in the rain and is very solid with lift assist which makes it very easy to raise and lower. This was also stored inside during the winters so it was not sitting with snow loads on the roof.
We have priced it to sell and it's below suggested JD Power listing price and its negotiable. More than happy to provide more photos or even a video walk through if interested.
I also have a 2020 Chevy Silverado high country dually truck that I will be selling after I sell the RV. This is a black exterior/ black interior model with every option. The truck currently has just 23K miles and had also been stored inside during the winter and not driven in the snow. The truck has a bed mounted 46 gallon auxiliary fuel tank, bak flip hard tonneau cover and a 20K B&D 5th Wheel hitch mounted into factory puck system. Currently asking 68K for the truck.
