Like new 2011 Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler, Model R21FB. Interior is flawless, and has only seen 4000 miles. Rust free undercarriage. Some mild staining on the outside that should come off with cleaning. (See photos.) Kept inside or on concrete with full coverage in winters. It's currently winterized.

I am the third owner, and we had planned on building out a pad for permanent boondocking because the light is so lovely inside, but we haven't so I am selling. We haven't had much maintenance in the last two summers as we just ran the generator to use it while parked on concrete. The Cummins Onan 4000 Watt generator is quiet and very reliable.

Previous owners were a highway maintenance man and a motorhead/meticulous owner. The only defects are that the CO2 sensor needs replacing (have the part), a window knob is missing for opening one window next to the door, and there is a floor anchor D ring that needs replacing.

Bathroom is huge and shower is luxuriously large with a diagonal entry. Really spacious and feels like home inside the bathroom.

Beds raise up completely flush with the ceiling if for loading cargo (2000 max cargo carry). One bed can be removed to create more space. The back cushions on the lower bed are removable as well. Beds are motorized for raising/lowering. The lower bed has an inset in the middle that pops up as a table to sit around. The back ramp has screens that roll up or down with velcro closures. The lower mattress is great. The upper foam mattress is not as thick as I'd prefer. I would put in a heavier memory foam. It is fine for kids.

The couch folds up against the wall for hauling cargo, or folds down as a couch or flat as a bed. Could easily fit two small kids on the couch.

Rocker chair is free standing and can be removed or anchored down.

Full kitchen with sink, microwave, stovetop, oven, fridge and freezer. TV and DVD player.

I have all the manuals and title in hand. I also just bought a new battery to install. Battery hookup has a cut-off switch to prevent drain on the battery. Fuel pump door latch is a little fussy. Never used the fuel pump.

Hitch has Blue Ox sway bars for stabilization as you tow down the road.
