Better than new because it now includes everything you need to jump in and go. We installed a TV with a swivel wall mount so you can watch TV from anywhere inside. ALL the supplies needed for complete RV site hook ups including 25 plus ft of heavy-duty extension cord with outlet adapters, all the water and sewer hoses, collapsible water hoses, X-chocks, blocks, outdoor rug, and more. You can look up the specs on the Retro 189R but just to be sure you know, it has an electric 12-foot awning with LED lights, outdoor speakers, Bluetooth AM/FM radio, electric tongue jack, propane bottles (3/4 full), electric only big fridge/freezer, outside shower, etc. The camper is lightweight and was pulled easily with a Subaru Ascent. It still has that brand new smell. Clean as if it were just off the showroom floor. We've have had a lifestyle change that doesn't allow us to use this beautiful ful camper any more. All you have to do to throw your gear in, back up to it, and you're ready for RV'ing
