A few caveats:
- from what I understand, this trailer has a reconstructed title due to some wires that melted due to a poor hookup when it was near new. The problem was completely fixed and it has worked great for years ever since.
- It's hard to see in the pictures, but there is minor wear consistent with a well kept 5-year-old trailer.
- The water holding tank is listed as 51 gallons but I have never been able to get more than about 35 in it. Not exactly sure why. It may have been changed out when it was fixed or it may be that I'm not filling it correctly. I've kept the listing at 51 but am not 100% sure what's under there because of the thermal package.
- Bedding and pillows are not included.
