This camper has had regular inspections and routine maintenance (including winterizing) performed by certified professionals.

Brakes and tires in excellent condition. Both axles have also been inspected and are in excellent condition as well (rear axle was installed brand new less than a year ago). All plumbing is in working condition and there were no leaks when we had it winterized this past fall. The same is true for the roof as well. The only issue we are aware of is that one of the awning arms needs to be replaced. It was damaged due to high winds as we were washing it last week. Looking online, this can be easily replaced at an estimate of $100 - $300. The asking price as been reduced accordingly. (estimated camper value is 18.9k).
