Coachmen Beyond Class B RV (Ford Chasis) with only 21,000 miles! Runs perfectly and the 350 EcoBoost engine (3.7L) is very impressive- lots of get up and go. Handles like a dream and is very easy to drive. Dually wheels in the back and a bike rack. AGM batteries are in great condition.

Inside are two front seats, kitchen with a 6.0 cubic foot fridge, microwave, induction cook top, and sink. 22 inch LED flat screen TV. Also- LED lighting (including ground effect lighting), 2-100 watt solar panels on top with dual charging capability, back up camera.

Also has apple airplay, USB ports and standard plugs for appliances. Truma combi furnace/water heater. Carefree armless awning with wind sensor/retract technology. Sumo springs suspension kit. Sync 3 infotainment system. Super upgraded insulation (it stays warm in winter and cool in summer). Fantastic fan with rain sensor and a 2.8kw gas generator just in case the batteries and solar can't cover you (never had to use the generator, but nice to know it is there!).

Two row seats in the back convert to approximately a queen size bed and it is very comfortable. Wet bath with sink, toilet, and shower.

Also have a trailer that can be sold with it- we sometimes used the trailer to tow our motorcycle.

Finally- the remainder of the original RV complete warranty that was purchased with the RV can be transferred to the new owner. The warranty currently includes the following:

1) 20 months extended service: provides mechanical breakdown coverage, pays cost of parts and labor for repairs, provides rental car and trip interruption.

2) 32 months of VIP Tec Roadside Assistance: mobile mechanic, towing assistance, tire change.

3) 32 months of tire and wheel protection with no out of pocket costs.
