Automatic awning in good shape (imbedded LED lights don't work). Power and USB outlets everywhere! Gas generator (Onan 5500) well maintained. Tires, brakes, slideout equipment all in good shape. Roof recently cleaned, inspected, and in great shape. Automatic leveling. Wet bay equipment recently replaced (water pump and toilet vacuum had worn seals).
