This Keystone Springdale 38BH was bought brand new in August 2022 for my family to live in while we built our house. We lived in it for 6 months parked behind our new house being built. The inside and outside condition is Like New and everything works as expected. The only road time this travel trailer has was from the dealership to my farm, approximately 35 miles, and then to a storage location 5 miles away. This travel trailer also is still under manufacturer and extended warranty from Travel Sam. The extended warranty will transfer to the next owner.

On January 1, 2023 we moved out of the camper, cleaned it and stored it. Since then, it has sat and not been used at all. This particular model has a large bunkhouse with it's own bedroom door at one end with the master suite at the other end. The master suite has it's own slide and the living room has the second, very large, slide. This model also has the glass door corner shower, which was a great decision. Also, this model has two AC units - one dedicated to the master and a second over top the living room. The AC from the living room is ducted throughout the camper.

This is a very spacious camper - enough for my wife and our two toddlers to enjoy living in full-time for 6 months. I do have a loan on this camper, so clearing the loan will be part of the sale process.
