Has some minor wear on the interior trim but not bad. Two issues is a cut in the vinyl flooring in front of the recliner. We ended up covering it with a rug but it can be replaced fairly inexpensive. Second is the exterior glass on the stationary patio door popped and can be replaced for around $750. Easy fixes.
