WE bought this camper in 2015 and at that time replaced the insulation, wall board and ceiling in the bedroom, bathroom and hallway. We also replace the EDPM roof. Replaced all the tires. New laminated floor in living area. New paint throughout interior. Re-upholstered couch and dinette bench seats. The 5th wheel comes with camper. Stored indoors during the winter.
