No smoking or pets; several minor upgrades; stored under a carport. Super-slide makes it very roomy. Great size for families or entertaining guests. Huge refrigerator and lots of storage inside and in the basement. Bed and bathroom accessible with slide in. We have loved this RV! Why are we selling? We just need to downsize at this stage in our lives. We hate to see her go, but we know the next owners will love her as much as we have!
