This unit has power theater seats, front overhead bunk, tankless water heater & Max Air vent covers. Vehicle condition is excellent. Modern farmhouse interior. Local dealer has inspected the unit with a "fine tooth comb" with no issues found. You can see the report when you inspect the unit. Flaws: There is a scuff mark on the drivers side windshield top corner due to a windshield wiper assembly failure. The failure has been repaired. The fiberglass has a 2" diameter hairline crack near the right taillight where I hit a parked pickup mirror, not repaired. Jayco "house" warranty has expired 3/31/23 but the stuctural warranty is for 5 years (3 remaining). Ford warranty remaining is approximately 1 year or until you reach 36,000 miles and a 5 year (3 remaining) 60,000 mile power train warranty. This unit has 4 issued recalls & all 4 are resolved. This Precept was PA State inspected and a 10,000 mile maintenance service at Apple Ford in York, PA in 12/2022.
