26’ 2014 Cherokee by Forest River model 264BH with rare triple bunk and large slideout. Well taken care of and includes almost every accessory you would need to get started.

Dry weight is 5,911 lbs, GVWR is 7,886. Length from hitch to bumper is 30.25’

Starting from the front is a private room with a standard RV short queen bed. Bed includes matress cover and bedding. Room includes TV with quick mount that can be moved to a mount on the outside of the trailer. Wardrobes and bedside tables included.

In the middle is a foldable love seat with entertainment center. Replaced combo DVD/Bluetooth/Radio head with inside and outside zone speakers.

Kitchen area includes deap sink, 3 burner propane stove with temperature controlled oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer combo and pantry. One pantry door is cracked and could probably be saved with wood glue.

Dinnette comfortably seats 4-5, but can accomodate 6 if you add another chair. Table is loose but usable. May consider replacing the poles and mounts. Table folds down to a double bed.

Rear triple bunk includes two singles stacked on top of a double bed with three “cubbies.” Small vanity sink followed by bathroom with toilet and shower. Toilet freshwater connection started leaking at end of 2022 season. May require new valve ($20 on Amazon).

Exterior is in good condition with two small dents that are barely noticable, but certainly not structural (from previous owner!). Electric slideout and electric 15’ awning. Includes one front “garage” for accessories and camp chairs, etc. Includes exterior shower. Faucet leaks when on but is certainly functional. Bumper includes fold down rack.
