I love this little camper. They are of the best built available. All amenities you could ask for in a full size camper. The camper has only left my property one time for one night by a lake. The rest of the time it's been kept meticulous at my home where it's mostly used to stand around while we're grilling. It's effectively new. I replaced the factory "Twin/King" seating/sleeping setup with a single 42 inch wide extra long twin (I am 6"4' and fit comfortably!). The mattress is an 8 inch foam mattress (about 600 dollars from brooklyn bedding) - I added a Lagun Table and custom seat cushions. I have the original factory cushions and can easily swap everything back to the factory setup if you'd like. Everything is included. In addition to the camper, I will include all of the water/electrical accessories a person needs. Extension cords, plumbing fittings, hoses, and a Hughes Watchdog 30 Amp Bluetooth Surge Protector (300 new) Comes with weight distribution hitch/sway bar system. Not really needed on a camper this size if you have a full size pickup, but is a nice piece of mind in a smaller truck or in windy areas. All factory manuals included. Cleaning kit included. * AC
