I bought this RV brand new (no lien holder) in January of 2022 from RV Value Mart in Mannheim, PA to live in while I built my new house. That dealer is 173 miles from my house. That is the only time this RV has been on the road.
After I inspected the RV, I had towed it to my new house where it sat closed up (still winterized) until July 31, 2022, when I moved out of my old house and into it.
Here is the best video I could find with a nice walk through inside and outside. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJ5keJVclTY

It is in all but perfect shape. The only thing that is not as it left the factory is when I was backing into my driveway to reposition it, I bumped into a bush and it bent some skirting on the kitchen slide out. It is very minor. Other than that, it looks and is in all but brand new condition.
This RV is set up, hooked up to power, water, and sewer. It is now open for viewing. I am retired so I am very flexible for viewing. It can be seen at my house in Augusta, WV.
I am asking $ 54,900 (obo) for the RV. I will consider all offers that aren’t ridiculously low balled.
My name is Mike. My cell is 304-359-3887. The camper/truck is available for inspection between 7 am- 6 pm any day.
