My family of four has loved our Mantis for off-grid camping and have spent around 30 nights in it. A new job is taking us to the Midwest and we are looking to sell this camper to buy a boat.

This camper is lightweight and can be towed by most SUV’s. It weighs 2,800 lbs. empty and has a maximum weight of 3,800 lbs. The Mantis has a full-sized bed along with two bunk beds. Its low profile allows it to fit in most garages and tow easily without catching much wind. The Mantis has an indoor toilet and shower along with a separate outdoor shower. The Truma Combi heating system does a perfect job providing hot water and heat to the camper. It comes with an air conditioner that you can use when plugged into power or using a generator. We never used the A/C so we removed it and used the space for more kitchen storage. We have the original A/C and it is included in the sale. While off-grid with our solar panel and lithium battery set up we never ran out of power.

The upgrades make this unit more capable than the new “Overland Edition” Mantis. All upgrades were instilled by local dealer. I will also be including leveling blocks, food-grade potable water hose (to fill up), grey water hose (to empty), and the power cord along with adapter to use with home outlets. There are several scratches and small dents. There are also light marks down the sides of the camper from branches. Upgrades:

• 2 100ah lithium batteries by Battleborn Batteries.
• Zamp Solar 230-watt portable solar panel.
• Victron Battery Monitor
• BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 Tires on the factory Mantis wheels.
• Lock-n-Roll articulating hitch.
• Including two Lock N Roll hitches for the vehicle side. Both hitches fit 2” receivers: One is a 2.5” rise/drop and the other is a straight hitch with no rise/drop. This allows it to fit a variety of vehicle heights.
• 2 5/8” Dexter axle lift installed. This raised the overall height of the camper by 2 5/8”.
• Arc XO 750 Black Edition Trailer Jack. This is one of the strongest jacks made and folds up easily so you can lower a truck’s tailgate. It also has a very wide height adjustment making it easy to level the camper front to back at uneven campsites.
• Clip in net for top bunk to prevent little kids from accidently rolling out of bed – or to keep gear in place.
• Exped Mega Mat Duo mattress included.
• Cal Mark custom camper cover.
