We hate to see this Fifth Wheel go! APPROX. 3 YEARS REMAINING ON TRANSFERRABLE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY! It feels more like an apartment with all its amenities. Our favorite features are the High Rise Faucet with Pull Out Sprayer in the Deep Undermount Sink in the kitchen, the huge Panoramic Windows in the living room, Large Shower in the main/master bath, 31” Glass Mirror Front Electric Fireplace, Outdoor Kitchen with Minifridge (we’ve never used the outdoor gas griddle), Outdoor Shower, Heated Water Tanks, Enclosed Underbelly, Outdoor Sound System with a mount for the Movable Flatscreen TV, and 2 FULL BATHROOMS with direct access to one from outside! We've added a HEATED WATER HOSE, VENTED WASHER/DRYER UNIT, a 11.5” CUSTOM GEL FOAM MATTRESS w/ ORGANIC COTTON and ZIPPED COVER in the master bedroom, HITCH LOCK, KEYLESS ENTRY, NEW SHOWER HEADS, CUSTOM VINYL SKIRTING, VIRIZON SIGNAL EXTENDER, and switched out the standard locks on the compartments! The unit has only traveled about 700 miles, so the tires are in good shape. There is a minor tear on the living room couch (picture included) and we have a cover on it that would convey. We also added a hinge door under the refrigerator for added storage, and a backup camera that needs a new monitor. The valances were removed over the windows in the living/ dining room and master bedroom as well. (*Please note I could not get an acurate floorplan picture from the manufacturers website. The toilet placement in the mast bath is slightly different and the sleeper sofa in the bunk room is also a bit different.) It is a great place to call home whether stationary or exploring the open road!
