Charming updated home on wheels! This motorhome sleeps 5, 1 full bed in the back, an rv queen over the cab with a new memory foam mattress, and the dinette folds down into a couch/bed. New laminate flooring throughout the living space, new couch cushions with removable covers for easy washing. Custom under table storage drawers. New custom wood table and countertops. New faucet, new microwave, dometic refrigerator is original but has a brand new cooling unit and updated front paneling. Both refrigerator and freezer work great and run on both electric and propane. Carerra marble backsplash. Original 4 burner stove and oven works great. Updated shower with a small tub. Has an outdoor shower as well that makes a great bike/dog wash. Brand new furnace is amazing! 6 gal water heater works great. Original a/c unit works great as well. Two new Max Air vent fans in the back so you can have them open even when it rains. New brakes, newer batteries, tires were new when I bought this in 2018, and I’ve only put about 1,000 miles on this since buying it. Includes chains for the tires, and a Dyson vacuum mounted in the back closet. I have lived in this RV the past 3 summers and loved it. It is the perfect little home for 1-2 people or an awesome weekend camper for a family. Selling because I now have permanent housing and no where to store this. I had it parked in one spot all summer every year so it didn’t get driven a lot. It needs a new alternator, I looked into replacing it, I think they’re only about $140, but I’m not an engine mechanic and replacing that is not in my skill set.
