This is the trailer all other bunk houses wish they could be. It is the ultimate family home away from home! Rear bunk room is massive, two rear slides reveal a fantastic rear kid haven with double and single bunks, crazy amounts of storage with their own TV/DVD player (perfect for rainy day with the bedroom door closed!) and their own bathroom with outside access (I saw that fist pump!) Can sleep a whole ball team back there, a queen size air mattress can be set on the floor in between the bunks for all the kiddos friends.
In the kitchen dining area is a full length couch with free standing tables (can be taken outside) to seat all those kids! Double sinks with cutting boards, large 3 burner stove and oven, fridge and freezer big enough for a family of 6. Pantry, garbage can storage and a plethora of cupboards make the Mrs happy (everything has a place!) Stereo system and another TV up front with the dad controlled remote.
Up the stairs reveals a king size room with the master bath off to the left. Serta king mattress makes it hard to stay out too late around the fire. Large dresser and huge closet make it easy to stay for long trips. In the closet is washer/dryer hookups as well as the built in vacuum hose!
Master bath has standup shower that you can actually stand up in.and move around.
Outside is the huge outdoor kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink and lots of cupboards.
Hydraulic front jacks (electric rears), tons of outdoor storage and fill drain panel round out the outside. This unit is in perfect condition, it has everything and it all works exactly as it should, she has been cared and loved. Our kids are too busy to get enough use out of it and it's time another family got to enjoy it. It tows very well for it's size, upgraded Reese Airborne Sidewinder hitch make it easily towable with a shortbox and take the juking and jiving completely out of it. Delivery could be a possibility depending on the circumstances.
