Practically one owner. We bought it used with less than 300 miles on the engine and less than 8 hours on the generator. 
Well taken care of. Oil changed on the engine and the generator at the beginning of each camping season. 
Awning motor replaced last year. 
2 TVs, DVD player, and satellite receiver; music/audio can be piped through the whole camper.
Air conditioner and heater both work great.
Kitchen with a medium sized refrigerator, 3 burners, and a microwave/conventional oven.
Single slide out allows for extra room in the cozy master bed area; curtain allows for privacy. 
Added blackout curtains make for a late morning or a nap any time of day.
Jackknife sofa for easy transition to bed. Overhead bunk sleeps two comfortably. Dining table folds down for extra sleeping arrangements. Technically sleeps 7, but comfortably sleeps 5-6.
Great towing capacity for extra toys.
A back-up camera and side cameras for extra safety.
