This fifth wheel has what you need to camp in comfort! It is in great shape. We keep it waxed and in the shade.
The refrigerator is electric/propane so it will operate plugged in or from the onboard propane tanks. It is a side by side with lots of space.
The automatic hydraulic leveling jacks are very nice and much faster than the electic style. After you unhook your truck you simply push one button and it levels itself automatically. It has the option of doing it manually if desired. The rear 4 slideouts are also hydraulic but the front bedroom has an electric slideout. The rear living room with opposing slideouts, 2 sofas, and 2 recliners allows 8 people to comfortably sit around and visit. There's a rear fireplace and TV as well. Each sofa will fold out into a bed.
You will notice the flush mount, crank-out windows. There's no exterior seal to keep clean or leak.
The one piece rubber roof was hard to keep clean so I had Conklin roof coatings applied. (Primetime (primer) and Benchmark, (a bright white top coat)) The roof was in good shape and not leaking but I knew this can be a weakness in these units. I also applied this to our previous 5th wheel and 10 years later it still looks good!
It has 2 A/C units, one in the from bedroom and the other towards the back above the living room. There is a ductwork system in the ceiling to evenly spread the cool air and in the floor for the furnace.
The water fill valve was replaced this year with a premium Anderson brass valve.
It has lots of storage accessible from each side plus a separate compartment in the front.
I didn't extend the electric awning in the pictures because it was too windy but it works like new.
There were a few small chips in the front from gravel or something when I bought this RV but it's not very noticeable.
Items included with 5th wheel; sewer hose, electric cord, stabilizer tripod, 50' water hose, backup camera, and it has a 2" receiver hitch on the back to pull a trailer or hold a bike rack, etc.
The 5,000 lb capacity 5th wheel stablizer really makes the front end solid while unhooked.
The hitch has a rubber cushion built in. It is exceptionally smooth going down the road. Also, the 4,400lb (17,600 total) wt rated tires provide peace of mind when driving in hot weather. The 2 axles on a truck scale weighed in at 11,500 lbs so that's over 6,000 extra capacity!
The axles have regular zerks under the caps so it's easy to keep greased.
