This camper is in great condition. tires around 4yrs old. We put on a new awning about 2 years ago. The interior has been recently cleaned from top to bottom and everything is in working condition. I know if we would list this next spring we could sell it for more. We are downsizing a bit and plan to buy a 30ft travel trailer as we will be traveling this winter to somewhere warmer that ND! FYI you will need a 3/4 ton pickup to pull it,
