This is a great and exceptionally clean camper which has been smoke-free and pet-free. It's a single axel camper which makes it very maneuverable.

Queen Bed; Bathroom with Sink, Shower and Toilet; Kitchen with Refrigerator, Sink, Gas Stove, Microware, air conditioner and Propane Heater. All work as they should. It also has television hook up and pre wired cable. Radio with speakers inside and out. Good storage below accessed by both sides of camper.

A windstorm recently dropped a small branch and left a small hole in the roof, which was immediately professionally repaired and we've confirmed there are no leaks or issues with the repair.

We have some helpful items we can include: 1) An EZ Leveler roll up system and Jack Pads. 2) A water filter, water pressure reducer and a circuit analyzer to make sure water and power will not cause problems to the unit when you hook up to utilities. 3) Extra connectors to make flushing easier when emptying the gray and black water tanks.
