MH stored inside except when driven to Rio Grande Valley, Texas for three months. MH made 4 trips to Texas and we stayed for 3 months. We are selling because we have purchased a home in Texas. MH was serviced every year by local Cummins Dealer. 5 batteries 3 years old. Queen sleep number bed. Washer/dryer combo, convection oven, gas/electric furnace, air on side not on top. Water heater is gas and or electric and will heat while traveling from engine heat. Low mileage for a 2007 model. Upgraded to theater seating and tv moved from front of cab. Very spacious.
