Aluminum toy hauler camper by ATC. No wood or steel in this camper, the frame, floors, walls, roof and all cabinetry are all aluminum. Should there ever be a water leak like all RVs eventually have, it will not cause the damage conventionally built trailers get. Do your toys leak oil or gas? No problem, just whipe up off the aluminum floor. This trailer has an extra foot of height to fit the really tall ATVs, plug great for tall people as well. Has a full shower, sink and porcelin toilet. Kitchen has fridge, microwave and 2 burner cooktop. Queen bed hides up on ceiling and motor lowers it when ready for bed. Dinette/bench seats convert into a bed as well. J-Tracks are in the floor for easy securing of motorcycles and ATVs. Has 12V TV, radio with indoor/outdoor speakers. Both house and bathroom have remote controlled MaxAir fans. Gas/electric water heater and fridge, power front jack. 2 propane tanks and a 100AH battery. Power awning. Fold down factory steps were replaced with a wide and deep custom aluminum slide in/out step. Large 8' ramp with spring assist. Has vinyl back zippered screen wall. Garage has two vents to suck out gas fumes from toys. Custom carpet, with bonded borders covers most of the trailer for comfort, but also can be rolled up when loading toys. Tows with a 1/2 ton pickup. In great shape, no dents or damage. Tires have about 1100mi on them. Only reason we are selling is because we bought a campground and no longer need a toy hauler.
