This Forest River Mini Lite is in great condition. It features a large slide out with slide awning, comfortable Queen Murphy Bed with heated mattress, Large Dinette 44 x 80 that converts into a bed for 1-2 people. When the Murphy Bed is upright there is a couch with double recliners. The bathroom is large and has linen cabinet. The shower has never been used. The flooring, walls and cushions are all in great shape. The refrigerator is gas/electric, and stove/oven is gas which is great for boondocking. Also has a portable gas grill! The unit pulls easily with a 1/2 ton pickup or a SUV. The interior is very spacious for a 22 foot trailer. We loved the small size and manuverability for getting into smaller sites typical at state or national campgrounds. The awnings, hitch, and leveling jacks are electric. The dual axle tires are Goodyears and are in excellent condition. The unit comes with a TV and the stereo has a CD/DVD Player. The trailer is wired for a solar panel, or rear camera system. This camper has lots of outside storage compartments which frees up space inside. You can camp in comfort and style in this gem of a trailer.
