RV sunshade & tri-pod included. Dry weight 10,000 lbs. Tows good. Pulled with a 2004 F-250. Purchased unit new. Have traveled out west, south and southeast. Have stayed in it for up to 4 months, very comfortable. This Keystone Cougar has been a very reliable for us.
