This coach is in top notch shape. Everything works as it should!! Very clean inside and out non smoker. Only reason for sale is we are wanting to go back to a fifth wheel. The out side has had the paint protectant applied and the inside has the stain gaurd on everythin.We are open to trade on the right fifth Wheel
