Immaculate for its year! Original owner - 2016 Travel Trailer - Only camped in one week a year since purchased. 26ft bunkhouse xtra-lite with 4 brand new tires Aug 2022. Two entry doors (the one to the bathroom from the outside is an excellent feature after swimming). The one slide out adds to the living area. We purchased and installed two Samsung smart TVs (one in the private master bedroom and one in the living room). Bathroom used only in emergencies as the campground did not have hookups (we used the campground facilities almost always). Two deep cycle batteries and two propane tanks included. Power awning and topper for slideout along with winter camper cover included. Well cared for and very clean.
