This unique Cabin By The Sea remodel needs some finishing. The remodel was started two years ago but an unexpected bouncing baby boy came along and our lives and plans changed and the remodel stopped this season. All it needs to be complete is some carpet and plank flooring put down and a little touch-up painting here and there, but we're moving and out of tine to finish it.

The RV itself has been well maintained and has had many new parts put on over the years. Rear AC was replaced a year ago, front AC motor and capacitors were replaced this season. Water heater is two years old. Furnaces will need maintenance kits installed before the winter as they haven't been done in about 7 years. Chassis batteries were replaced this year, coach batteries will likely need to be replaced soon as they're about 5 years old now. Engine is started every two weeks and it is driven a few times a year, but it has spent the majority of the past 5 years parked at a campground so may need tires before any long trip.

It has low miles and drives great, but will need an oil and filter change on both the motor and generator as this hasn't been done in several years since it's mostly been parked. Fresh diesel has been regularly added every spring and biocide and diesel stabilizer added each winter. Roof has been resealed several times but is also probably due again.

It's been a great RV and I've enjoyed full-time camping in it since 2008 when I bought it. Our plan was to remodel and travel, but the birth of our son changed all that. It would be the perfect coach for a couple who wants to travel and would be a good winter project for flooring and touch-ups. Underlayment has been sealed and is ready for new flooring. All wall and cabinet surfaces were sanded, primed and painted within the last two years. The RV fridge was replaced with a residential fridge and a liquor cabinet built next to it.

If you're keen to own a diesel pusher at an incredible price and are handy, or know someone who is, and want to finish the flooring and enjoy the beachy interior then this is an awesome coach to own. It has served me very well for many years and I will miss it, but a new chapter in my life has begun and its time to let someone else enjoy the old girl.
