New Michelin tires were installed on 6/17/21, Trojan house batteries 6/3/20, and Caterpillar engine batteries on 5/25/20. The unit is equipped with hydro hot, reverse osmosis, and auto generator start. The refrigerator was replaced with a residential unit. The engine is pre def. It is equipped with an Oman quiet 7500 generator with 580 hours.
The coach has 2 smart tv's. Recent pm on engine and generator. The living area has a desk but it can be easily replaced with a recliner.
