***Price Reduced***This RV has been so good to us - we lived in it full time for 16 months. We've driven it coast to coast and it has been very reliable. We've also made a number of upgrades including vinyl flooring, new backsplash, painted the cabinets and walls, and more! There is one slide out, large awning, air conditioning and heating unit, and an Onan generator on board with less than 400 hours. The bedroom in the back has a queen size bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress. New tires were purchased last year. The fuel pump, fuel filter and spark plugs were replaced this year. It has a surround sound system inside the RV and an entertainment center with speakers outside as well. Water made its way into the corner of the roof by the slide-out and the bathroom - this was fixed with Eternabond tape along all of the roof seams last year and there has been no further water spots. This RV will bring your travel dreams to life--it did for us. We recently purchased a 5th wheel when we got a truck and are sad to see this go.
