Located in Florida until June 2022 -- no winter driving in Vermont. 2019 Carado Axion Studio (with poptop -- sleeps 4) on a 2018 ProMaster chassis (1 year remains on Powertrain Warranty) rewired Spring 2022 at Beaver Motors in PA (one of the best mechanics in the US for this RV), and they also installed 2 EcoTrek L3R batteries with 2-year warranty. and reprogrammed the inverter, balmar, UHG, etc and installed 2 solar panels (175 each) and a new charger. No gas or propane generator needed. Batteries charge by running the vehicle, solar panels, and/or plugging in. I leave the refrigerator running at all times with just the solar and can camp for several days unplugged. The AC originally installed is a ProAir undermount (an upgrade from the undermount on most Studios) that works great, and the Alde Furnace is a newer model that adjusts for altitude so it works above 3300 feet, which the older model doesn't without modification. I added 4 SUMO springs for stability front and back The couch/bed has been modified so it slides out instead of having to flip it out. I added a spare tire on the front . I added a new, heavier duty hitch receiver on the back with a fairly large cargo box. I also had Beaver motors modify the dump hose so the tank can be dumped with a heavy duty garden hose. I also added a WeBoost cell pone extender. Macerating toilet used almost not at all with macerating pump for dumping (instead of gravity dumping). Shower plus suction cup shower head holder for rear door window to shower outside. TV with electronic antenna and BlueRay DVD player. Skeeter Beater magnetic screens for front passenger and driver side windows, side cargo door, and rear doors. This Carado Axion has a Platinum Extended Warranty with $500 deductible through Good SAM that is transferable and is paid up to to the end of July 2023 and can be continued through 2026. This vehicle is currently in Burlington, Vermont. It has 12,800 miles on it and runs perfectly. The studio version is relatively hard to find as it was made for only one year. The price is $81,500.
