What you see is what you get. Great engine with low mileage for a 20 year vehicle. All systems work. Coach and accessories are well worn and periodically require some TLC to maintain (screws, lightbulbs). I've had for 2 years and have completely maintained the systems. Tires around 6K, new Slideout Motor and Seal, New Tierods and Pitman arm. Levelers work great.Damage: Leak at the front end of the coach was repaired but left water damage along the interior. Cosmetic damage to one storage area that was contained.I would recommend this for an affordable option to get around on a reliable engine, but you're not going to impress your mother-in-law with the interior. Unique design with the bathroom in the back and the bed folding up to improve living space during the day.
