I bought this RV new in 2014 ,it was delivered to my pole barn and it has never left.we use it about six times a year in the barn.I live in Illinois and hav property in west Michigan. The RV is in Michigan It has three slide outs ,outdoor kitchen ,no pets no smoking. The exterior is like new and interior is in excellent condition. Black tank has never been used.has plenty of storage.you will never find a 2014 in better condition. Asking 20k
