Furnace, A/C, 120/12v/propane refrigerator, water heater, water pump, toilet & bathroom sink, bathtub w shower & sliding door, two burner stove top, microwave, 16' TV/ DVD/CD player w interior and exterior speakers. All in working order. Outside TV antenna with interior coax connections but I've never actually been able to get anything over the antenna.

Tires, wheel bearings repacked, brakes checked and cleaned less than 3K miles ago. Included will be sway bars, electrical connection, water and sewer connections and various bedding and kitchen supplies. Poly cover included has 1 or 2 usable years left.

Some discoloring on ceiling in kitchen area apparently not due to a leak (see pic)

Notice:
There is some interior water damage on the front/tongue end of the trailer, drivers side. Inside the front storage compartment on the drivers side I uncovered about a 5 inch diameter circle that the wood had rotted though. There is some water damage in the closet above that and the headboard on the drive side, while covered in vinyl wall covering, is clearly soft and damaged beneath. I have found no mold. While it’s currently dry and I have not seen mold I have not identified where this water was coming in. Trailer is being sold as is. I’ve added pictures to try to show these.
