Price Reduction: This is a 42-foot, 5-slide camper, suitable for full time living or extended travel. This Montana has the cold weather package (4 Season Living), stackable washer and dryer, residential refrigerator, convection microwave oven, central vacuum, 17-foot awning, electric fire place, two tv’s inside and one external tv for outside viewing, and many other amenities. Axels were aligned, new tires and batteries were installed and the leveling hydraulic pump and motor were replaced in 2022.We purchased and stored this camper in Northern Arkansas and used it to travel north to a summer home in Wyoming and south to the gulf coast to live in for three winter months. We recently sold our home in Arkansas and purchased a home in Florida and now no longer need this camper as a winter home.The unit has never leaked and has been well maintained. Carpet and flooring are good. Appliances, heaters, A/C units, vent fans and electronics work as they should. The camper is priced to sell. There are some cat scratches on living room furniture, and we have discounted the asking price for reupholstery or replacement.
