This has been our home for the last 3+ years as we traveled. The interior has been fully painted. Vinyl Plank Flooring in bunkhouse. We have lived in both Wyoming winter(1/2 early season) as well as Vermont winter (2 years). It's a 4 season unit and holds up very well in the cold. The unit has 4 point electric jacks with JT strongarm stabilizers. It also has a central Dirt Devil Vacuum. Unit will be Available for pickup July 8, 2022.

Also available is a 21k Demco Recon fifth wheel hitch set up for a rail system.
What it needs: Rear Ladder replacement(still works bottom broke after a steep incline, not a terribly expensive repair but requires RV shop for longer than we want to be out of home), New shower tub(Same as ladder, not terribly expensive just requires too much time in shop), Carpet in living area stained(son spilled primer on it), we cover with a throw rug you may see in the pics, 2 bunk mattresses for bunkhouse, Unit has no TV's(we choose to use laptops and you'll see a whiteboard/cork board in pics)
