One owner trailer in great condition. We are selling it because we decided to try out a Class C. No major mechanical or visual damage. All appliances function correctly. Interior has been re-painted white and blue, floor was refinished with marmoleum, new counter top and stainless sinks. This trailer has gotten plenty of use every year, so expect some minor dings and such here and there. Plumbing system is winterized and ready to go. Batteries are in good condition, one solar panel was added to the roof. Microwave and TV have been removed, and we no longer have them. The shower liner was also removed during the interior re-model as we never used it and planned to build shelves in it for storage. The plumbing and floor pan for the shower are still intact so a new liner would turn it back into a usable shower, but we don't have the liner anymore. This trailer has been wonderful for our family of 4 and we're excited for the new owners to continue it's journey!
