I am the original owner. Purchased new in May 2017. I paid extra to have the exterior surfaces gel coated. This beautiful home on wheels was used less than 300 miles (life changes) and needs a new home. This luxurious 4 Season trailer has so many bells and whistles and many comforts of your home away from home with loads of functional space. A full size stainless steel fridge, 3 burner cooktop and oven, convection microwave and double sink. 2 electric recliners, king sofa, dining table/chairs, full entertainment surround sound system (inside/outside) with HD antennae, USB ports, internet wiring, radio, mp3, CD, DVD, 3 televisions inside and 1 outside, 2 power awnings and even an outside shower. A wonderful electric fireplace, 2 15,000 BTU Dometic heat pump/air conditioners, 35,000 BTU furnace, kitchen ceiling fan and 2 rain-sensing power fans, plus loads of interior and exterior LED lighting. A king bed, 2 convertible sofa beds, and a full size loft bed easily sleeps 8 people. There is a wonderful bonus room with desk, television and convertible bed for a perfect guest room or office. There is central vacuuming and hookups for a washer and dryer. The trailer is pre-wired for generator and solar. There is a 66 gal. fresh water tank, 2 gray (88 gal.) and 1 black 49 gal. storage tank (all with tank heaters); 2 30 lb. propane tanks, and a great water heater. 4 Goodyear tires (less than 300 miles traveled) plus a spare tire.There is plenty of outside storage so you can take what additional items you need to your next destination. Hydraulic self-leveling jacks and electric slides provides easy set-up and closure. A new battery just installed. In June of 2020 the 5th wheel received some hail damage. The 2 Dometic heat pump air conditioners were replaced, the roof antennae, sky light, 2 power exhaust fan covers, and 1 plumbing exhaust cover (all plastics) were also replaced. The metal trim skirt on the door side received hail dents but was not replaced. The damage to the skirt was estimated at less than $400 but there was no shop locally who had the time to do this repair. In 2021, covid hit the world! This Keystone Montana is a fantastic trailer and the reason I purchased it. The construction and materials are excellent and it has an exceptional layout with the bonus room. I am selling the 5th wheel as I don't have the time or ability to pull this trailer so it is not being used.
