Thanks for taking interest in our 2001 Jayco 3610 RLTS Designer Legacy 5th wheel trailer for sale. We've had this trailer for about 2 years now and absolutely love it. We are not in need of it anymore as it was only used temporarily while we renovated our old farmhouse. Everything and i mean everything is in this trailer. Starting from the outside, there is a lovely huge awning for the front porch that's easy to open and close, a huge under storage area for anything you might need camping, and outdoor shower, place for an on board generator and gas tank and more. On the inside there is a full kitchen complete with microwave, cooktop, oven, sink and refrigerator that can run on 120v, 12v backup battery system, and propane which is very handy when you have no power. Theres also a 4 seat dining table, couch, 2 recliners, and a full entertainment system with smart tv and integrated sound system with speakers all through the trailer. The bathroom has a toilet, full shower and tub, and sink/vanity. There is a queen size bed with storage underneath, ample storage and drawers for your clothes and a wardrobe closet for his and her. The A\C and gas heat works amazing! The best part is that all these systems and the lighting as well work without main power which was very handy at times. All the windows have the fancy privacy and light blocking pull down shades. All the original manuals and title are of course included along with extra parts such as light bulbs and door handles etc. All in all this RV was a godsend to our family, its got everyhting that all the major brands like airstream, newmar and grand design have.
