I purchased this RV July 30th, 2021, as I couldn’t find a place to live. It has been wonderful, what with fireplace, easy levellers, a/c, gas and electric heat, insulated windows, built-in vac, 2 TVs - 1 is motorized drop inside cabinet 24x44, other is 25 x 15, bedroom. Residential refer, 4 burner stove, large oven, lots of storage. Plumbed for DW, washer, dryer, 4 shower heads, center island kitchen with double sink. I also had heavy duty vinyl skirting custom made to help keep winter away $3300- was even beneficial in summer. Table & four chairs still covered in plastic. Only one person living in it. Only towed 30 miles to current location, NO CARPET. Living in this unit is like living in a small cabin, except with more amenities. It is still like new. MSRP was $101,387.
