Tires need to be rotated, awning took some hail damage on the ends but we have never used it.

Inside is immaculate, had 2 previous owners all taking good care of it.

We are selling it because no time to take it anywhere after husband's promotion. Fridge, propane stove, water heater, all work amazing.

The fridge is a fridge/freezer combo that can store a good amount of food and bevs. We upgraded the TV in the back to a little smart one, connect it to your phone for internet and you can watch anything, anywhere.
Replaced the mattress and added protective coverings.
Replaced the vehicle batteries at end of 2021
replaced the AC vent covers on the roof with brand new ones at end of 2021
There is an old stain from the first owner on the ceiling from some water damage, when we took it for a check up, had them pull down the ceiling and inspect. No lingering damage, nothing needed to be replaced, just discoloration on the ceiling that isn't all too noticeable.

All of the sealing material is in great condition, comes with all new hoses and sewage disposal stuff. Roof and ladder all great.
